Seems like there is alot of mis-information out there... Lots of different takes on how this is going to work. My question is: Does anyone really know what is going on?

I don't think this is true...i requested to move seats and did not have to pay the excellence fund for chairbacks, I paid for bleachers where I was. If you move to chairbacks at a later date then you will be charged the difference.

I have a receipt of payment for the upgrade of seats from bleacher to grandstand. There was not an additional excellence fund charge for this year.

Maybe - yet. All season tix are same price. Grandstand vs. bleacher price difference is in the Excellence Fund portion.
