I expect there is just a difference here between floor levels.

The only reason they were putting the roof on at night was because there wasn't enought room on site for everybody to work. I suspect there might be some work this weekend but as long as there is no overtime involved for the individual worker.

I expect there is just a difference here between floor levels.

The first level is the ground floor.

The second level is the mechanical level which is the first row of windows/openings you see on the wide construction camera view.

The third level is the level with the arched windows/openings. This level is the top of the Grand stand.

The fourth level is the top level with all the rectangular windows/openings. This is the level with the suites and press box.

It would be nice if they would reposition the cameras as they don't show as much anymore.

In other words you are saying that the opening will have aluminum to cover the opening below the seats hoping that it will be sealed form rain falling through the cracks.
