Now you started something! I didn't realize what their place looked like; I don't think I have been in their new place.

Really no comparison to which looks better.

They didn't repaint the red bleachers, right? Seems they looked more faded last year

    2 Questions:

    1. the gap between the pre-existing and new bleachers - will the old be replaced to match the new ones? (See pic)
    2. How are they going to remove the office on the 3rd base line to match with the new walls of the stadium? In the rendings, the office is not there.

    1. The bleachers down the lines will eventually be replaced and aligned at the same angle as the new stadium. No time table for that to happen right now.
    2. The existing clubhouse will eventually be replaced with a new one at a different location. No definitive timeline as of now but sooner than later. Hopefully very soon.

I know the home dugout has always been on the third base line, but pro ballparks are typically on the first base side. I wonder, if the new clubhouse is built where the current hitting cages are located alongside Reinhardt Drive, would they consider switching dugouts. You could access the first base dugout area from the new clubhouse area and use the old clubhouse for visiting teams. Just imagineering.

The office is on the renderings. It's just not fully detailed out.

They would switch dugouts. Old clubhouse will be gone.

It doesn't look gone in the renderings they've released.

Don't be surprised if the new clubhouse is built this summer or next.
