I was told the bid came in at $60k. Robe suggested charging $5,000 instead of $3,000 for the wall sponsors to cover the cost. Not sure how that went over.

3k for a wall sponsor????? That's it?? Holy moly. Should be 10k for a spot on that wall. That is really cheap for that kind of advertisement.

Placing concrete on the third base concourse this morning.

When I passed yesterday I was surprised at how high the concrete form was over the ground level outside the stadium. I'm guessing they'll be doing plenty of concrete with ramps for accessibility?

Yeah that was something I hadn't noticed on the rendering until it was mentioned here. Looking back on it though, you can see the ramp on the 3B side and what looks like steps on the 1B side.

Also noticed a lot of the aluminum risers are installed on that side from your pic. You can kind of tell in the cam as there's less and less light passing through now.

While there will no doubt be some ramps etc. keep in mind that this isn't finished elevation. A lot of dirt work to do but that will be one of the last things to happen.
