There will indeed be a second level what will be there I don't know. They certainly are spending a lot of time there. I suspect there is a third stair well that we can't see. I would think that they want to keep this separate from the public entrances if they will be offices of some sort. Why would they want the offices open to public access?

I was thinking it would be there or a door off of one of the main entrances. That is the opening just to the right of the close up cameta view. I would think there would need to be two exits from the second level to meet fire exit requirements.

Can't tell the color of the roof. It looks white but the glare makes it hard to tell.

Looking at the original schedule, the install of aluminum risers were to be completed on Nov. 29, which puts them about 8 weeks off schedule. The final clean for the suites was set to happen Feb. 7. If you use that roughly 8 weeks behind schedule, that could make the suites available around April 7, and all seating areas would be completed for reseating to occur (hopefully before the Easter weekend series). I know they have likely changed the schedule of some things but I think that may give us a rough time line of when all seating areas may be ready. Hopefully this 24 hour schedule was added after the delay and will knock some time off. Any thoughts Helmut?

I'm think it's gray. Drove by for the basketball game and I think it looked gray but I wasnt too close.

If the bottom 3-4 feet are stucco (white on renderings), would they do that before doing brick work?

Easier and higher quality if they just apply stucco finish over the top of the brick in this case.
