What's the deal with the one section that has the cinder blocks (getting covered with the DensGlass) on the outside rather than having the metal studs outside of that?
Not sure I follow but the DensGlass should be applied to the metal studs all the way around the backside. This is where your moisture/vapor barrier is located and that needs to be a seamless unbroken system. The cinder blocks are for the interior structure (bathroom). There will be an air gap between the cinder blocks and the DensGlass. Brick/Stucco will be applied off the DensGlass.

Rode by at lunch the precast decks for the grandstand area are on site in the parking lot. I didn't see them last week.
Working this evening on the roof.
It looks like they are putting on roof panels. They may be doing this at night because there is not enough room for all the trades to work at the same time.
