Thanks for the pics. The further away you get, the more sense of scale you get it seems. It gives you a feel of just how big it will be since you can see the bleachers are a level or two shorter

I'm glad it will be surrounded by brick because the new grandstand will be massive compared to the current bleachers... I guess the overhangs and concourse above the bleachers should get that scale looking closer.

Yeah, I think it will integrate really nicely once it gets wrapped all the way around

I'm guessing you mean 30'deep? But whole width of the bleachers correct?

I understood that this deck is supposed to continue from the end to end of the right and left field bleachers. I'd guess it might reduce in size under the grandstand area. Additionally, the lower concourse is also supposed to connect end to end.

When I passed today it looks like they've gone as far as they can with steel until the next concrete pour. They were working in the last section behind home plate and the section down the right field line.

They can erect floor joists and other bracing. According to Eric Crozier the steel erection should never catch up to concrete placement.

Might be ready for that pour Friday and remove forms Monday to start placing steel.......
