Where is the 16m this project was to cost? Apparently some part of the finish project is left out. Spent so far $1.1m+ and 11.3m+ remaining balance. A total of 12.6+ total cost.

    CONTRACT RECAP:
    Original Contract Amount $52,319.00
    Change Orders Approved $12,607,604.00
    Revised Contract Amount $12,659,923.00
Construction Amount Billed to Date $ 1,157,658.72
Cost Percent Complete as of End of Last Month 9.2%
    Remaining Construction Balance $ 11,334,958.28

Frenchie I had the same issue when we were discussing the budget a few months back but I finally figured out what was going on. This is construction only and does not include Furnishing, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E). While that still seems like a lot of money for FF&E it depends on exactly what got put in the FF&E budget. TV's, concessions equipment, and everything to outfit the suites and press box is part of that budget. However it could extend all the way to the actual stadium seats. Bottom line is that is the difference between the 12m I was being told and the 16m others were being told is the FF&E.

Not sure where you are getting that date. Looks like we could take possession the first week in April.

Ok I see that now. If you look at sheet three the revised contract date is April 28th. The Lemoine target date is April 22nd.

What I am looking at is the "commissioning". Based off what has been said they are trying to get in before everything is "completed". However that isn't happening before life safety systems are tested and signed off on at the commissioning stage.

Bottom line is I think we now have a very solid target completion range. Probably the best we can hope for is April 6th at final commissioning and worst case is April 28th which is the contract date. However its worthy to note that weather days/impact are "pending".

I saw two guys meeting yesterday. Looked like they were discussing where to move the web cam. I think one of the problems is finding a place with electricity and won't be affected by the construction. They looked like they were discussing placing it on the mechanical building. It won't be long before all we will be seeing is steel.
