The open sections on the second level were all supposed to be covered but the covering was supposed to allow air flow.

Since so many games start late afternoon so I think air flow is as crucial (if not more) than covering.

Is there a time line for (100%) completion? Exterior and Interior. Looking at the close up camera it shows two what same to be clean outs next to the walk way in the ground. Will that section be cemented or remain soil for grass and shrubs? The walk way same to be a little narrow. The rendition drawings shows cemented other than where the trees are.

Fencing should be coming down soon. They are bringing in fill dirt for final grading and dress up.
