My guess would be they will be available on ground and mezanine levels for bathrooms, and concessions would probably have those two as well as some spot locations on the decks above the bleacher seating.

That's my understanding as well. You will walk down then underneath the seating area and back towards the structure/away from the field. The seating is all raised and you still should be able to somewhat see the game while at the concessions

I sit in a patio box down the1st base line. I was hoping they would be under the mezzanine behind the bleachers.

I'm hoping they include bathrooms and maybe concessions underneath the new deck behind each grandstand but I'm not holding my breath.
