Thread: The Tigue is a special place

The shape of the paddles allows them to hit the ball backwards....which is why there are fielders positioned there. Watched a lot of cricket while living abroad. The 1 day test matches are very good. Lots of action! On the other hand, the 5 day test matches are so boring...batters trying outlast the bowlers (pitchers). And, after 5 days, they can still end in a tie!

The thing that got my attention was finding out if the batter is hit by the ball and is considered to be blocking the wicket, he's out. Its a wicked game sometimes!

Well getting back to the task at hand, the new Tigue, if anyone thinks this will be done for the first home game I have some beach front property to sell in Monroe, South Arkansas. Looking at the cinder block installing, they did one course all day, if that much. Can't see any of the other work being done with the camera placement. Just want be done, (the grandstand section) by March 3rd........please make me eat crow.......

They were welding (or cutting) on the section between the 2nd & 3rd level of the right field section today. I saw what looked like three wall built.

Don't panic yet. The idea of this happening has always been based on a razor thin margin. I really don't think we have a true idea about hitting that mark until sometime in February.

Do not base the entire project on what you see in the close up camera. It is less than 15% of the project.

Thanks but keep on mind this project is razor thin. If they do get into the stadium for the Southern Miss series i would expect life safety and health issues addressed and that's about it.. DO NOT EXPECT A 1O0% COMPLETE PROJECT. It just aint gonna happen. It will take maximum effort and some good luck for this to happen. But if anybody can do it Lemoine can as they have the resources to do it.

Understood. I just meant that I will wait for your (unbiased, informed) input before I panic and/or think the sky is falling. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us.
