I took this picture a couple of days ago. After originally thinking the steel extending behind the right field bleachers was the 30' deck that was proposed I realized that's not the case. This is actually the extended part of the main grandstand, so at minimum section C-1 or the right field grandstand is going away and maybe some of section C. I don't remember anyone ever mentioning that before.

It's not going away...the back of the new Grandstand area will be extended behind it. All existing bleacher seats are remaining

The current steel is already behind the bleachers. This appears to include the same steel covering as as the rest of the grandstand. The walkway structure being built behind the bleachers is different than what is constructed in this photo. You can see the difference in the photos I posted earlier of the left field line which have already been done.

Look at the graphic that was posted outside the stadium last season...on the first base side of the grandstand you can see where it extends behind the existing bleachers (picture says "Russo Park" on the bricks in that area). The cover even looks to extend over the already existing bleachers.

Nothing has changed. The big grandstand goes partially around the metal bleachers
