Getting air into the stadium is a high priority item. It is necessary for ventilation and to remove heat. The renderings showed some kind of decorative screen over the openings. there could be several reasons why they are not installed yet.
1) The screens are not part of Lemoines contract.
2) They are not printed yet.
3) They ran out of money.
4) they haven't made up their minds what to put on the graphics
5) Could be combination of above or some other reason that we don't have the slightest idea what it could be.

For one, two and four the only thing to do is to be patient. The solution to three is to write a check.
