The ones that are completely covered don't have an opening in the lower areas. They have bricks behind the whole gray cladding. Why it was designed like that, I'm not sure

They now have scaffolding framework in front of the opening on the close up camera. Look to be closing that up soon

I remember Robe mentioned some type of perforated system in place to allow air flow so I'm wondering it that will fill the open space on the front facade.

There are not any bricks behind the gray cladding.

That is correct there are metal studs with Dense glass attached.

The arch way by the bleachers, will that be closed with maybe louvers, are will the under side of the bleachers be exposed......not very nice looking.

I'm thinking it will be something like this, the material they used to cover the hvac system behind Wharton Hall......only the will have graphics applied to them
