Yea it's coming along beautifully. Also, I saw a pallet of tons of boxes in the parking lot yesterday that I suspected could be seats. I drove up to and and the packaging stickers on the boxes confirmed as much. It said American Seating Company seat 507E. So naturally I looked it up... here you have it, the 507 Series. According to Bab, the color we are going with is gray. Although they would look great in red, I understand the fading concern. Nonetheless, these are really nice.

You're right, I think it was gray seats with red arms/sides. Those will look great either way and are used in a lot of big league parks per the website.

Looks like the way these are made, cupholders go on the back of the seats. Pretty sure they are included

Yeah that's nice, but the other big wish that I have is that the arms can raised or lowered....doesn't look like the ones in the pic can do that.

Looks like they are also doing some of the frame work for the very top of the outside (top floor) which on the renderings is a gray angled structure (likely metal).

Thing is going to look amazing once the brickwork is done.Tired of looking at the black

Yeah, you can really see that top, angled part coming together now that there is the price at the end of the 3rd baseline part

Yeah that's nice, but the other big wish that I have is that the arms can raised or lowered....doesn't look like the ones in the pic can do that.

I don't know, but I feel like raising and lowering of arms can make it rickety and cheap feeling. These are sturdy and long-lasting. Classic look.

Any thing that raise and lowers will not last long. At least that's what my better half said. She said that it wares out to fast. So put the cup holder on the back of the seats because it be more rigid.
