Yes, I believe that has been the policy when the bleachers were installed. But they need to have a student section only. Where it might be I don't know. Maybe behind left and right field wall. Are add another section on the third and first base side bleachers. We are growing baby, so make it happen.

The problem is available space...we are getting land locked. I dont think any additional seating will be in the works, other than new bleachers where they already are. I would think some indoor cages would be on the list. Would be nice to incorporate that into a new clubhouse building. I would move the bullpen and build clubhouse and hack shack where the current bullpen and pavilion is.

Just got the skinny on students attending the games. With ID they can sit in section A-1, first base side and section M-1 & K-1, third base side. But the catch is, the public can buy a season ticket in those sections and the students would have to move if they are sitting in their seats. Like I said before, my grand-daughter who sits in section A-1 with other students knew where not to sit when they found out who the season ticket holders were. So it is possible the students might not have to many seats available if season ticket sale were to come into play. They need to have a student section only. But they will not lose out on season ticket or game ticket sales because of students.

I disagree. When they start actually paying an athletic fee to support athletics then they get dedicated seating. Until then, those who pay for the seats get them. JMO

Can you explain how impressive Lemoine is for having done this much this fast?

Lemoine is certainly capable of moving a job along typically because the have good subs and can schedule to their advantage. They are relentless in pushing a job. There are others (J.B. Mouton for one) that can also do a good job. Mouton did the Cajun Dome and they finished on time and from what I understand on budget. Any job can get hung up on unforeseen problems. These are typically what is found during the foundation/underground work. That is because "you never know what you are going to find once you start digging in the ground". Also, underground and site work is more sensitive to weather. Once a project gets out of the ground then the chance of a schedule taking a hit is greatly reduced.

The Tigue Moore project certainly had challenges at the beginning but once it got out of the ground the schedule looks like it's in pretty good shape. From what I remember from Eric Crozier said, concrete flat work is critical now and any extended period of rain could cause a problem with the schedule.

Yeah, totally understandable. Space down the lines is at a premium especially when it comes to additional facilities

After thinking about the layout of the complex once the Cox Center is removed and the plaza is completed, I could see a parking issue with a clubhouse down the left field line as the plaza will have very limited parking. The first base line location would front Reinhardt and all of the associated parking. I was thinking a roof deck on a 2-3 story building in that area would actually be pretty cool and could be another location for lease for baseball, football tailgating, and Mardi Gras. JMO
