I thought they would be somewhere in the new building as well. Once the new clubhouse is built they could retrofit the old clubhouse to be offices/equipment room.

Good question: it seems we have the basic plans for a new fieldhouse.......does anyone know where it would be located?

There will indeed be a second level what will be there I don't know. They certainly are spending a lot of time there. I suspect there is a third stair well that we can't see. I would think that they want to keep this separate from the public entrances if they will be offices of some sort. Why would they want the offices open to public access?

My thoughts exactly. It's probably a private stairwell somewhere in the center of the building if I had to guess.
