I would be surprised and upset if the seats are not red with cup holders.

The problem with red seats isn't the color red, it's what red does as it ages. Orange, faded pink. Just like a red car 🚗 it needs to be sharp to not look like bad.

No doubt black is hotter but the problem with Red is twofold. It is one of the more expensive pigments available so an up charge on some projects. It also is subject to fading more so than other pigments, especially when exposed to sunlight. Thus the pinkish hue to the old seats.

Grey would be my choice.

Anyone know why the entrances are so tall?? Seems excessive and they could have closed in that space on the 2nd level and used for some purpose, even if just for storage. Just seems like a huge opening where that space may have been utilized better.

I don't think there is a second level that would usable for anything. The top of the seating bowl is higher than the top of the large entry. The stairwells don't have a level at that height but go up to the club/press area. It wouldn't have anything that would give you access to view or stadium seating.
