Throwing out a pitcher on 2 days rest will never count as "they were better" in my book.

I agree with you. I'm still not fully over last yesterday's losses. But I'm optimistic about next season. We lost the 2013 regional championship and came back in 2014 on a rampage. I see no reason we can't have that same attitude next year with another dominant pitching staff on tap. Gonna miss Carter. And just hope we can grow a little on offense.
Bring on the new stadium and let's make it another National Seed year. I want a Super at the Tigue. It's attainable.
Kennon should be competing for an infield spot next year. If Robbins leaves, we will have some available spots up for grabs. I really hope Robbins stays.
Agree to disagree. Sensley runs the worst routes to fly balls, is lackadaisical (happened last night), and is very uncertain on first instinct off the bat. His arm is PLUS PLUS, but glove and instinct isn't quite there yet. His bat improved drastically as the year progressed, he became a tough out going deep into counts. No hard feelings toward the kid, just calling a spade a spade. Herrington would've locked down the misplayed fly balls this weekend (Keenon's over run ball in Game 1 and Sensley's miss that his him directly in the mit). This is only two blunders from the weekend. I can name a few other mistakes but I'm over it.
Great season, they fought hard.....tough to swallow when you feel you've punched your ticket to the SR when you crush Zona's face 10-3, then they come back and stick it to ya.
Eric was a MAN. Loved having him on the mound. Who's gonna step up and be our long relief stud next year? Maybe Hogan? Or do we give him an opportunity to start? Is it too late in Wyatt's career to move him to the pen? Would love to see him come out the pen with his fire and attitude.
