Good job NCAA. Could have got the game in last night if you would have started Princeton and SHSU at 6. Radar was clear at 5.
    It's better weather this morning.
Highest chance of rain is at game time at 1 pm for our game. Should have started our game this morning. Are they making decisions from a far?

With rain in the forecast today and tomorrow, Why not start early today? You have to get 2 games in today. 1:00 loser gets rained out again tonight could be looking at 3 more games to decide this thing. Same team can't play 3 times in one day. Hope this doesn't become a Cajun problem.

Also I'm thinking the rain is to our advantage. I mean has Arizona ever played in the rain before? Haha.

How big this game? I'm not going out on much of a limb to argue that this game decides the winner of the regional. Mark it

I have no freaking idea why this weather system wasn't analyzed from the beginning and all games shifted to weekend morning games. They had plenty of games airing to fill all live TV slots. They've had rear end loads of schedule changes - most of which slammed viewers, fans and the teams. No excuse some planning couldn't have slotted games ahead of the fairly predictable components of this summer southern weather system.

Funny how we had numerous posts from numerous people telling us the weather soothsayers should be ignored as their projections cannot be counted on. So why would we think they would shift a couple of regionals for a few hours based on tea leave readers opinions.

I've been keenly interested in these Lafayette and Baton Rouge regionals for almost three decades, and rain is almost always a problem and factor.

Isn't there some sort of rule that a champion has to be determined by a certain time on Monday? Higher seed or best record advances? Tomorrow's game is YUGE!
Not necessarily. The regional guidelines for delays due to weather were posted in another thread. You should check that out. There are scenarios that allow for games to be played on Tuesday. Although the scenario in BR isn't specifically listed in those guidelines, their current situation calls for the "if necessary" game to be played on Tuesday.

Also SHSU and Princeton didn't end until nearly 11 pm last night. Don't know how some of your were saying we could have gotten two games in. Although I do agree, we should have at least made the effort to get our game in with Arizona this morning as opposed to 1 pm this afternoon.

If Princeton and Shsu would have played at 9-10 am yesterday because of pending weather. Then we would have gotten our game in.

Games on Sunday can't begin before noon, but BR pushed that to 11 am today. Guessing they had to get that approved from many different people.
