I'm told the #Baylor regents board completely flipped on its vote against Ken Starr and turned on Briles. Starr may be staying.

I don't know who is the constant over there, but this is systemic at its core. The entire group should be criminally charged.

Since 1995, they've had 5 presidents, with two of those being interim.

Bliss and the AD were fired in 2003, but the President stuck around for another 2 years.

But I'm with you. It looks like problems at Baylor have been endemic.
