The school already prohibits the use of ULL.

The State already prohibits the use of Louisiana-Lafayette.

The State already prohibits the use of UL Lafayette.

It's actually humorous (and sad) to see entities fall all over themselves claiming legalities while making their avenue of choice another illegality.

It means nothing. The ONLY legal issue is when it involves spending state funds. Non-government entities can do whatever they please.
