The announcers seem seem to think the home plate ump called her out for being out of the box. But she was not out of the box (foot must be fully out of the box). She may have stepped on the plate. It xwas close. The back part of her heel was hovering over the plate. But it is not clear it came down on the plate. Meanwhile the front of the same foot was in the batter's box.

Not sure what the home plate ump saw there. I do not think she was out of the front of the batter's box. We did not have an angle to see if she was out of the inside part of the batter's box in front of the plate.
