There are different philosophies. I would rather have a team that is built for a NC than a Sun Belt title.

What I mean by that is offer full rides to kids who are legit top 3 NCAA contenders. Get 10 or so athletes to place in the top 5 at the NCAA championships and you have a very good shot at winning it.
