Football Ticket Renewal Deadline Extended To May 10

Still haven't received my info from UL yet. My two seat mates have, though. I got my email quite a while back alerting me it was almost time to renew, but never anything in the snail Mail.

I'm in the same boat as LaCajuns_fan. Got the email saying we could purchase soon and we'd let you know when you could purchase, but no correspondence via snail mail or an email saying I could now purchase. Was unaware if anyone was able to renew online as I have been busy with a wedding, honeymoon, birthday, and just recently another friend's wedding. Understandably, staying on top of the UL ticket office on football season ticket renewals was very low on my priority list. I'm glad there is an extension as I would have already lost my seat.

After Cajuns beat Boise state everyone will be lining up at the ticket booth 3 hours before kickoff!

Lol, wow. You read way more into that than there is: I never said I wouldn't or didn't want them. I was only commenting that I was glad that they were giving an extension....as I had forgotten to get mine.

Because they sent an email on 4/1/16 saying that the function was suspended. And then at the end of the email stated, "We will notify you as soon as we have more information." Was never notified of more information or that the online ticket manager was able to be used again.

Don't know where this deadline of May 10th comes from. I got my renewal about two month ago and it said due by May the 10th then........

An email was sent out April 12 stating you could purchase online again.

Got my stuff in the mail over a week ago and renewed online. It worked fine.
