Football Ticket Renewal Deadline Extended To May 10

Because they sent an email on 4/1/16 saying that the function was suspended. And then at the end of the email stated, "We will notify you as soon as we have more information." Was never notified of more information or that the online ticket manager was able to be used again.

An email was sent out April 12 stating you could purchase online again.

I'm in the same boat as LaCajuns_fan. Got the email saying we could purchase soon and we'd let you know when you could purchase, but no correspondence via snail mail or an email saying I could now purchase. Was unaware if anyone was able to renew online as I have been busy with a wedding, honeymoon, birthday, and just recently another friend's wedding. Understandably, staying on top of the UL ticket office on football season ticket renewals was very low on my priority list. I'm glad there is an extension as I would have already lost my seat.

Got my stuff in the mail over a week ago and renewed online. It worked fine.

I received mine in the mail as well, but went in and spoke with Matt Casbon today because I'm changing my seats. He will do the what he can to accommodate anyone and help you. He does need more help, but he needs people to work with him until that happens.

Perhaps that email made it to your inbox, but it certainly never made it to mine. And I typically get almost every correspondence from the RCAF and athletics office. Nothing in the spam folder either.

EDIT: I've gotten 3 other emails from UL athletics since the April 1st email. None of those 3 mentioned online ordering being active again.

have multiple year season ticket deals ever been considered, or even possible? or RCAF membership for that matter. a professional society I am in allows members to pay dues for three years
