10-20 in rpi record vs top 50
Coastal Carolina 5-5
Clemson 12-11
Miss st 13-10
Cajuns 5-5
UNC 10-12
Vandy 6-6
Texas tech 6-2
LSU 7-10
USM 9-7
TCU 5-3
Rice 6-8
These are the teams that will be battling for host spots basically. No one other than Texas tech is great.
I said ...
"For those that want to dream, going undefeated the remainder of the way yields (at present) an RPI of .61365 ... good for a #7 RPI ranking at present."
This is not the same as ...
"BB even said, we'd have to WIN OUT to have a chance at a top 10 RPI."
What I said in no way implies that we must win out to have a chance at a Top 10 RPI. I simply provided the max upside based on info at the present time. In fact, with the loss last night, going undefeated the rest of the way will result in a Top 10 RPI finish (based on info at the present). This was the case before the game as well (one loss would still result in a Top 10 RPI).

Record vs. RPI Top 25 in even more important for #1 seed candidates (peer group). At the moment, 1-4 is a problem for the Cajuns. And South Alabama may (or may not) be able to climb back into the RPI Top 25 ... while at the same time hopefully sustaining at least two losses at the hands of the Cajuns.

Tough when you get no top25s at home. Hope they take that into consideration of it comes down to it.
