Since you chose not to contribute to the answer of the question, let me explain why I asked the question. If they have stellar careers at other schools then it may point to a problem in the coaching staff, if they don't have great careers and they never finish school maybe, as you have said, manybe they should not have been recruited in the first place. Or maybe they were recruited as a development player (much like Bazaar) but the guy thinks he can contribute elsewhere and flies the coup.

I would go with they were recruited and developmental and they thought they were better and transferred for whatever reason they wanted to tell the coach.

I sure haven't heard of any transfer's blowing the doors off of the NCAA tourney or NBA team. Doesn't mean they haven't ...just that this board, as far as I know, has been silent on the success of the transfers.

Glad they had success, but that's three out 17 that went on to being successful. Success doesn't come from playing and signing with an SEC team and playing for a P5.

I guess the coach didn't have anything to do with that either? So HUD gets a pass on all the ones that never made it here, that weren't as good as he thought, that smoke weed, that couldn't make the grades...take all those out and HUD technically has only lost like 2 guys in 5 years.

Beau, they count in your class just like football. You signed them, then they are part of the attrition in your class. Debo Williams and others for football, there is no difference. For those that mentioned where they ended up at, if a player is leaving after a junior he can only transfer to a DII school. So that is misleading as well.
