Not having crunched the nationwide numbers, my gut feeling is that Marlin is about average in the retention dept.
Not all attrition is the same, I bet Kentucky, UNC and Kansas have severe attrition problems but that's a little different isn't it. If you aren't very good at recruiting, having attrition problems with your better recruits isn't gonna work out very well. We aren't talking about walk-ons hanging it up or leaving because of lack of minutes. You have guys with 4 years of starting ahead then wanting to leave.
Claim what? That I actually was there? And followed the program? For a lot longer than 3 years? I would do research before I tried to argue with someone who was actually informed and had knowledge of a situation as to not look like I didn't know what I was talking about.
