RS Freshman Jerekius Davis NOT leaving the program

No one is going on record with the press, but one thing is certain right now, it's not official and they are trying to convince him to stay in the program. So we will find out after exams if he is done at UL or not. If he is done, look for him to enroll in a JC probably close to home in Mississippi. He would then need to graduate and could have 3 years of eligibility to play D1 basketball.

If he leaves its all RP's fault. We should support mediocrity at all cost and our negative posts are not helpful. That being said, I truly hope the kid stays. One day Marlin might figure it out and Jerekius might be a part of that!!!

when things dont go exactly the way a kid wants, they jump ship instead of working hard to get through it.

im not saying in this case particularly, but the overall sense of transfers.

Confirmed: RFr. forward Jerekius Davis is not going to transfer. That's contrary to a report a few weeks ago (which Cajuns didn't confirm)
