There is no way you can publish that part of the report.

    This timeline doesn't make sense.

In the executive summary (paragraph 3), the report says Alden met, in August 2015, with Savoie, Jerry Luke Leblanc, Tom Pears, and Ryan Conwell as well as Farmer, members of both the RCAF and the community in general.

Ok, but this is what has become so damn aggravating for a fan like myself. Everyone has sources. Jay Walker has sources. MAT has sources. Basinbear has sources.

All this makes it difficult to just figure out what the heck is truly going on.

Joesph Savoie was seeking out people to find a consulting firm for the specific reason of getting Atheltics healthy enough to elevate it into national relevance. Becoming self sufficient would be a byproduct, but it is not the PURPOSE of the Alden Report. Anyone peddling anything otherwise, is (purposely or accidentally) spreading a lie.

Savoie commissioned the report. He signs off on everything that happens here. Without TJoe, it doesn't get done.

If the report was so specific to self sufficiency, why did Farmer refuse to work with them? Why did Farmer go out of his way to avoid questions? Why was the report made public?

Scott Farmer, through Jay Walker, is now making his boss look like a fraud. Calls have been placed to Savoie since the comment was made.
I'm curious what is your impression for the purpose of the Alden Report?

I think saying "self-sufficiency" (I'm not saying you said this; I think we can agree this is what Jay said yesterday) as the purpose of the Report is incomplete. I think "self-sufficiency" (or getting off the state teet) is only one of the four "areas of study" the Report incorporated. These are in paragraph two of the executive summary.

Because Farmer made it a point to act like he was involved in the whole thing when he found Tjoe purposely excluded him .. Really Farmer did noting but bash Alden for that point on

Jay was wrong period. His source was wrong. He admitted as much, but said it'd wrong to hold individuals accountable. As though SF rules by committee.

By the way it's now a total of six weeks since Robe was wrong about a two week delay. Now the second two week delay has come and gone without demo. I'm willing to give him a pass. He hopes what he's being told us true.

There comes a time when you have to stop accepting what you are told and seek the truth.

Mike Adlen and group came here to accomplish a goal: get branding under control, reaffirm an identity, make money for Atheltics, position the Atheltic fundraising arm to reach national contacts, to propel this university into a place where its peers where on par with its potential.

It was also an adult and a road map.
