Both are great hotels. Magnolia is just a block or two away from the stadium and has a great (and included) breakfast buffet.

What are the rates for us non-gubment workers? I was trying to decide between Magnolia and Westin across the street from the stadium.

Most of the places I looked were similar. I think it was $229 a night, before taxes, valet, breakfast, etc. Westin was ridiculous. You'll end up paying $300 a night unless you get the bare minimum. But, it was convenient if you plan on spending the entire stay in Minute Maid.
