Hud has always said he liked Weaver. Hud believes Weaver has some intangible qualities not all quarterbacks possess. It will be interesting to see what ultimately happens to Dion Ray. Gotta love a quarterback who was also an honorable mention all-state linebacker.

It's too early for him to say publicly that there is no competition at the QB position. Davis was on the only QB that wore a yellow jersey in the scrimmage yesterday. The defense was allowed to hit all other QB's during the scrimmage.

Completely agree with that. OL is the reason we had four straight 9-win seasons, and for much of that, also a DL that could stop the run.

Hopefully the OL is more agile this year. That was a complaint I heard last season.
