Well UTA is on the road for game one, and so is UC Irvine. So those two may be our best shot.

    UC Irvine @ North Dakota, 3/16 @ 7 pm
    UTA @ Savannah State, 3/16 @ 6 pm

My suspicion is that we will see something similar to last year at Blackham, regarding parking (i.e., hold on to your RCAF parking passes if you got 'em).

They all won... UC Irvine won in OT... Oh well. Looks like a road game for the 2nd round.

ULMOST isn't a rival. Yes they suck , but I don't care that hey suck unless we lose to them. That's when I know we suck.

I know many people did not follow last night's game because of the diamond sports and other things going on. However, I thought it may have been one of the best performances of the season considering the opponent. Main reason of course is because perimeter shots fell. Lots of other good things happened as well. Shawn played smart after getting his 2nd foul early in the first half and fourth in the second half. Team had 18 assists and only 7 turnovers in a fast paced game which is an excellent ratio. Really pleased with Jay Wright's play. He sparked the run midway through the first half which got us the lead. He was active on offense and defense during that stretch. He also looked up court and found open guys during transition. That is something he needed to add to his game. Many of the made perimeter shots were wide open due to some nice passes from the big guys back out. I know we will be on the road this weekend. I am sure they will let us know as soon as they find out where we are going. Hopefully it is not too much of a trip for the guys.

Good synopsis Mike. I thought this was one of the team's best performances of the year.

My guess, then, is we may end up at UT Martin or UT Arlington, after last nite's win....?
