He clearly has a different approach then Coach Whitt, he didn't really want to discuss the major changes. The players seem to like his positive attitude, less of the military approach from Whitt. Talked a lot about building confidence in the athletes and supporting each other rather then tearing each other down. He also talked about speed work and explosion.

I like his positive attitude, endurance, and teamwork approach. This is what was needed last year.
