    ...Great story and they were AAU basketball in Acadiana (Acadiana Stars)as the teams went by.....All the kids in the Summer league lead their HS teams and many went on to play college ball.....many many Summer days and nights in gyms in all kind of Louisiana cities.....thanks for the memories!

    In N O and the NOA had great UL coverage with Tulane baseball game ... story on Sanders which was featured ... the Broadhead article started on page one and had two FULL pages with 4 huge pics later in the section ... poor T-pic didn't even have the story of the contest!
