Thread: Baseball v. Tulane 3/8/16

    Default Baseball v. Tulane 3/8/16

Looks like the Cajuns will be facing a quality arm tonight in New Orleans if the game is not rained out. Ross Massey is a freshman lefty from Catholic High in Baton Rouge. He pinned down Southeastern pretty good (although it was in a losing effort). He went 5 innings giving up 4 hits and 1 earned run with 7 Ks.

It looks like there infield committed 3 errors and their bullpen is suspect.

His ERA with 4 appearances (11 innings) is 1.64.

Should be a good match-up. Hopefully we can break through to the bullpen early.

The team that commits the fewest errors wins?

The game will air on CST, but is blacked out locally on ESPN3. See the "Cajuns in New Orleans this week" thread for details.

I would argue that we have one of the best, if not the best, mid week pitchers in the country in Guillory.

Well unless you count LaTechs ace who they have been pitching on Tuesdays. He dominated us and Arkansas.

    He's not starting out that way. He's 0-2 with a 3.86 ERA.

Guillory will be on, and fielding will be fine. It's the Lamers after all expecting a win for dressing out.

He will probably pitch against LSU tonight.

I wasn't implying anything about Guillory with my post. Just giving some info for the match up tonight. Should be a good game.
