Do you like the pepper logo?

I was in the Lids in the Lake Charles mall and I saw an UL hat that I've never seen before. It had a pepper with an attitude on the front. I attached a picture of it below. I like it a lot. I think it would be cool if it was used on a consistent basis. Let me know what y'all think.

I always wanted to literally have a "ragin cajun". A coonass with a six pack and a some overalls looking really ____ed.

I for one like this pepper, but I think I'd like the cajun man better......... as a mascot. We can add the cajun man as a logo, but keep the pepper as we have it now.

Problem with having the cajun man as a mascot, is in this ACLU-gimme my rights-sue happy culture we now have, a cajun man is too easy of a target for those who want money or have a chip on their shoulder. You see the ____ that schools with Indian nicknames have to go through. Heck, it doesn't matter that Cajun culture was/is the dominant culture of the region. Anyhoo, you get my point.

saw the same hat at the lids in the mall of acadiana, didnt really like it and this is why:
i think the pepper looks good as itself i dont think we should try to turn it into a human or put life into it. it looks weird with arms and without legs. keep in mind that it is the apostrophe on the Ragin' Cajuns logo. it is incorporated in our name, its not who we are...

as for the mascot, i will say it again
