Do you like the pepper logo?

I'm not referring to the mascot (which appears to be universally hated), but just the logo itself.

I think the Hot Wheels and the Pepper are good to go.

I especially like the new "Louisiana's Ragin Cajuns" logos out there.

I think the pepper on polo shirts, caps and assorted paraphernalia could be a great money earner not unlike the Izod Lacost Gator.

The pepper as a mascot would/will/does hurt sales.

That pretty much sums up my feelings. That's why I asked it the way I did. I love the logo itself, it has awesome marketability (we always complain about the University not producing stuff that people want to wear). But I hate that mascot (no offense to the kid inside).

In other words, the logo's cool, but the mascot SUCKS!!!
