I did hear that Jake actually beat out Brooks his last year in New Orleans in training camp but Brooks was getting paid too much to sit, that's when Jake went to Carolina.

We never talked packages just personnel and talents. My friends don't usually humor me just to get rid of me. If your personality is any thing like your post you are probably speaking from your own experience and trying to equate it to me. I personally never saw Jake practice, my source was Russ Faulkinberry.

I actually went to many Cajun practices in Jakes first year summer camp, and he was the only guy completing passes in practice. I was stunned to see him not start regardless of being 170 pounds.
