I just fell completely off the Marlin wagon tonight. I've been pretty much ok with him for most of his tenure, but lost a lot of confidence in him the last few years. But I kept hoping he'd get the program rolling. However, it seems every time we seem to start a roll (after the usual sluggish season start), we seem to always find a way to lose games rather than find ways to win. This has been happening too often for it just to be "bad luck". My expectation for the rest of this season is not very good. I doubt we beat USA & I am not confident against Troy - as sad as that seems. Don't think we finish higher than 3rd or 4th. Next year doesn't look like we'll be improved at all, especially with the loss of Long. If we don't do anything in the SBC tourney, I really feel it will be time to look for new leadership.
