How many more tickets could we have sold this year? I tried buying some additional season tickets through my business to give to clients, but was told it was sold out.

I will be selling a few series and week day games that I can not attend. Two good seats in Section K1 on the aisle. Plan to put them on the ticketmaster site but it is currently down.

Yeah I had problems with it as well. I'll probably try and call them tomorrow if it is still giving me problems.

The seating arrangement has been mostly adequate for the last 10-15 years in my opinion. On occasion we need more room but the majority of games are nowhere standing room only. The allure of our stadium (in my opinion) is the closeness of the stands to the field and the majority of seating being utilized routinely. I hate stadiums that are really big and are never close to half full (cajundome).

Let's see what the stadium expansion does with the additional seats and I am all in favor of the party deck in the outfield. Good revenue stream and idea for coaches to bring little league teams, birthday parties, etc.... Having 1 set of bleachers in the outfield would look out of place in my opinion.

What we need is an Ewok-esque treehouse villa out there.

Would never have to be worried about selling the program again.. It would make us a story around college baseball overnight and be unique AF.

We've looked into purchasing the house that sits right outside the park. The one that we use to see ppl sitting on the roof, but it was just a bit outside our collective budgets.

But yea, keep the pine trees, add a walkway and call it Heckler's Row. General admission tickets. Quite unique.

Man that would be a zoo.. We would never have a student involvement issue at Russo Park

This type of idea might work.

Fabacher field has some nice decks that would be pretty quick and easy to build in our outfield. I suspect they would be VERY popular. At cane cutters games, they serve beer at the big one and rent it out for parties. It pays for itself

South Al has them, they built them for the students...$5 and you can bring ice chest and BBQ pit or whatever.

You could have a student deck and a location for a few "for rent" decks to be the new Lourdes Park as it will be eaten by the new stadium footprint. I could see an option to cook yourself or rent a deck with catering optional from a number of local food (Deano's, Olde Tyme, Joey's, etc.) and beverage (Shilling, Acadiana Bottling, etc.).
