No triple-doubles for Long (came close with 22 pts/15 rbs/6 blk vs UTA this season; had 22 pts/9 rbs/7 blk vs UTA as a sophomore). Only double-doubles by points/rebounds.

Only quadruple-double in D1 history (male or female): Tennessee Martin's Lester Hudson vs Central Baptist on Nov. 13, 2007. 25 pts/12 rbs/10 ast/10 stl. Inspirational story. Hudson was a high school dropout who later got his GED and played in JUCO before going to UTM and becoming an All-American. He has had several stints in the NBA and is now playing in China

There will never be a double triple.

How many of our fans have said that Shawn "sucks as a player"? I actually do not recall that ever having been written on this forum. I've only read comments questioning his attitude. And in reality, I think he's been a little "different"... hard for most fans to read. If having been "questioned" gave him more to prove... great for Shawn proving himself. But that belongs to Shawn and no one else.
No one ever said Shawn sucks as a player. Jay was being facetious when he said that. Many have said that Shawn said accomplish more than he does. They did not feel he was reaching his potential. I heard that often amongst basketball people in town, not necessarily on here. Now that his career is almost over, many did not realize how impressive his career numbers are.

Potential reached. Shawn drops the mic and walks out the room.

This has been a special year for this young man.
