Times have certainly changed in the media age, although I truly believe that newspapers can stay viable because of their ability to produce well-written and well-researched stories on multiple topics both on tight deadlines and through long-term projects.
You get a description of facts in game and feature stories along with observations from players and coaches in their own words. The APR project I did last spring took weeks of research and provided in-depth information unavailable anywhere else.
Those are a few examples of what you can get from newspapers, regardless of your views on the direction of the industry (which has nothing to do with those of us producing the information itself).
I know you guys are excited about National Signing Day getting here. I'm ready for this to all be official so we can move on to baseball, softball and spring football.
