I'm sorry but how? We brought in lighting. We hosted. What part of that is costing us a trip? We lost to Ole Miss fair and square.

Harrison dropped a routine fly ball that he lost in the lights in game 2...would have been 2 outs with a man on 2nd...instead they got a 3 run inning...no way to ever know for sure...which is why I said possibly

Ahh, yes I remember that dropped fly ball painfully well. However, I don't think it had anything to do with the lights. If you remember, the new lights were on some trucks that were stationed near the end of the bleachers and behind. Meaning they were not behind the plate. Harrison was playing CF, I don't think the lights is what caused him to drop that ball. JMO, but I guess we will never know.

He said they did in post game, he owned up to it and said it was still no excuse but he lost it in the new lights because they were shorter and at a weird angle.

What about the T&F/Soccer facility? Are there lights there? If not, the perfect place to put them.

Harry said after the game that he couldn't find the ball. It was definitely the lights. It's an an unfortunate thing that happened, but it was a legit reason.

That moment changed the game and subsequently, the series.

Damn, never heard that quote from him. That royally sucks. But still, tough to "blame the lights" on why we didn't go to Omaha. We couldn't figure out their pitching in games 2 and 3. That offspeed stuff that killed us against Jax State came back to haunt us again.

I think I heard someone say that they could used in the Cajun Courts.

I did ask someone about the type of lighting and was surprised it wasn't LED's which I thought were becoming more common. Apparently this wasn't the case in stadium lighting.
