Met Coach Bab today for the first time. Told him I was a big fan and wished them good luck. He seemed both excited for the up coming season and also very appreciative of my support. Nice guy..

Hoover for a glove, even still bare hands anything his way when coaching 1st(does not anymore), Humble as grandma's pie, and has a Very High baseball IQ! Babb is the Man! Robe is the Man! Chris Domingue is the Man! Been knowing these men for more than 21 years, they have always been special people!

I bid on and won Coach Bab's jersey after the throw back game several years ago. He signed it for me after the game. It's a very cool piece in my UL room!

In DC meetings last year, Tony spoke about keeping some old Tigue traditions with new updates and being loyal to the fans that have been supporting for decades. For instance, he spoke about getting a nice set up for the peanut vendor to keep that tradition alive. Knowing Coach, he is trying to balance things to the best of his ability. In the end, not everyone will be happy with every change.
IMO, putting up K's would be a crucial tradition to keep.

Wasn't sure....but confirmed today that they have removed the old lighting in the outfield, and starting to put up the new ones. Kinda fired me up, lol:
