Exactly what's RustON level. Same as us. Budgets almost identical.
Before you start foaming and screaming scoreboard. OSU vs Michigan. 10 wins in last 11 games. Currentl OSU seen as being dominant. Historically the same.
Didn't your school just accept a bowl game in NOLA. Why don't you figure out how to not rep there.
Yes. Bowl games are pretty useless to me. Unless you are in the conversation for what was a BCS bowl or now a playoff spot, no one cares about the bowl.
I much rather have 4 conference titles than 4 bowl wins. When 5-7 and 6-6 teams are making bowls I don't see how anyone can say they mean much.
Attendance at last year's New Orleans Bowl was 34,014. Not great, but still far better than a lot of the bowl games played last year. Interest in bowl games in general has diminished somewhat due to the fact that there are now so many of them. Lots of bowl games are played in front of sparse crowds every year. Having a local team as one of the participants is the only way the smaller bowls ever have decent crowds.
I think the crowd will be decent. Lots of folks in NO will show up because there is a "local" team. If they knew what the Rustonians thought of them they wouldn't but the Techies will claim them anyway.
