Noticed that too. Our freshman played admirable in trying to check Long but I was surprised by how ULL guards weren't able to make entry passes (couldn't figure out angles). Alex Hamilton was the best player on the court, hands down. Glad to finally get over the hump with you guys. Definitely outplayed us the last couple of years.

Hamilton played one heck of a game. I think our second half run actually killed us. We looked like we thought we had the game. I don't know what Marlin was trying to do after we started the huge downward slide, but we looked completely out of sync on both ends. The Tech guards took over the game and we reverted to sand lot bb and got schooled. That's on Marlin.

When you get on here, we're UL. We'll know who you're referring to. If you don't care, then use the name we prefer. The rest of the world doesn't care if I call you my _____. I don't call you my _____ because you probably don't want me to. It has nothing to do with the rest of the world.

I wouldn't care about it if I were a Tech alum. But we are UL fans and alums and we do.

Boomer. You're not getting it. Every year Marlin stumbles through the non conference season. Plays a few non division one schools to adjust his losing record against good teams. We play well enough to finish in the top third of one of the worst 1A conferences.

Then the sunshine pumpers tell us he's coaching them up. No, he's playing an essay schedule that he isn't blowing away.

You want to see a good coach. He's a ULMOST alumni. We've got jack *^it.

I agree with your observation regarding the second half run. The flurry resulted in a standing 8 count and it seemed like your team thought it was a knock-out punch.
