Stokley
Stokley needed a stud QB to win, to his credit he fit his system to the QB he had.
Hud needs a stud QB to win, so far he hasn't always shown he can fit his system to the QB he has on hand.

Augie T---took over an 0-10 and made it work in 2-3 years---Got some talent and toughness left over from Russ and got some great transfers and JUCOs----Problem is that he quit on the JUCOs and didn't get the HS guys he thought we might get!!! And the beat goes on!!
Lewis Cook
Stokley, we were playing against some of the top teams in the country every year.
Me...... If only they had listened!!!! LOL
Bill Belichick's dad.
Steve Belichick
I do remember Coach Cook. He was a RB/Kickers coach at USL when I knew him. He always seemed like a nice guy and it seemed like his players loved him. It wasn't always that way for the players with their position coaches. (Although Lee Rodgers and Thielen Smith may have been the most beloved of position coaches at the time.) It is heartwarming to see him have some success. I remember him fondly.
X's and O's...Stokley by a mile. Energizing the fan base...Hud by a mile. Put those two guys together...you have a coaching vacancy because he would be gone in a New York minute.
Baldwin?
No question at this point, it's Stokley, his first few years. He was an outstanding coach that got the absolute most out of the talent on his team.
