It really is a funny video, but its also super sad at the same time. The fact that we are in the "Funbelt" and after this season realize that we truly belong there is horrible.
I don't use Twitter, but if someone could tweet something like "they ULMost won the game" on the bottom 10 account would be sweet
It's hard to make fun of anyone right now.
Pathetic. We're looking down our noses because misery loves company.
So you think we should chuckel about MoanROW? Unbiased fans of football view us and them to be the Louisiana twins. Hud's made a big difference. Yea, many here are fine with a team in chaos. After all look at what's he done. Yeah been amongst the best of the worst. That's it, except for hiring a rouge coach that got us NCAA major sanctions.
Don't want him bought out and fired. Just a more realistic view of him.
How'd Hud miss this guy? He pronounces his name like a Cajun.

Our identity has nothing to do with wins and losses. Our identity is tied to ULM and the SunBelt. To the outside world, we are Louisiana Lafayette and UL-L. Until Dr. S takes a firm stand and we actually market ourselves as Louisiana and not our inconsistent and half-___ attempt at it, get bold EVERYWHERE in our resolve to be Louisiana, get our conference to call us Louisiana, and separate ourselves from ULM, we will be UL Lafayette to the world outside of Lafayette. We are delusional to think that winning alone will solve this. It has been 15 years since our name change. I am really getting fed up with this university's lack of resolve.
You are right, it's not tied directly to winning. Winning would help the process, if and only if, there was a solid commitment from the UL administration on making Louisiana it's primary Athletics name. Winning would help in making that effort more publicly known to a broader audience. So, since there isn't a strong voice coming from Dr. S, then winning won't help. Unfortunately, it's Politics that is the biggest obstacle, and Dr. S is certainly all about that and is wrapped up all in it. Political pressure from outside the University seems to be too much for Dr. S, and he doesn't have the stones to push through it.
